Hotel Tip Top Plaza

Location

The room was on front side facing busy road and the windows are simple glass windows hence lot of noise in the room . Could hardly sleep.. next day was given back side room which was quiet but there was some dance program creating big noise till 2 am which was worst than first night.. I think it is mainly a marriage or other function venue so …. Not good for people who want good sleep after days work ….

excellent continental and Indian breakfast with live dosa counter, good in taste, heathy and hygiene.

The central AC in the room. Could not control or set the temperature to desired value...it would go very cold during the night, becos the thermostat to control the cool temperature was not setting as expectedI strongly suggest that each room have a separate split-AC instead of central AC...and also a cieling fan should be there in case we need air circulation in the room to breathe...

Only 1ltr water bottle was given and added extra water was charged.

No visitors allowed in room and wanted to have meeting with speakers on, so can't do in lobby

Most of the staff are very friendly. except the receptionists who gave me back impression.The food was very good. the staff at the breakfast on the 3rd floor werr amazing and very kind. very professional.

Accessible to Mumbai the airport and surrounding areas.The Pure Vegetarian restaurant on the the third floor is the best in town.

Woken up too late,nearly missed my flight

This must be my 20th stay at Tip Top Plaza. The only hotel I prefer to stay in Thane is this. Excellent Breakfast and great location & connectivity.

This time food preparation were not up to the standard. I think kitchen staff or at least Indian Chef is changed. Though the breakfast was very good but the in room dinning were not at all good this time.

The service was very quick

Bathroom. no shower curtain or cub to retail water at the shower area. Bathroom get messy after every use.

A guy receptionisit in the afternoon shift was good and he helped me alot.

There was no exchange in the hotel. The receptionists were misleading, can't talk english especially the morning shift staff.the saving locker was not working in my room I changed my room 3 times because of this issue.the electricity shut off so many times.The electricity was broken in my room.I was about to call the receptionisit, housekeeping every single minute for all these issues.It was noisy hotel couldn't sleep the noise start after 12:00am .and a phone was ringing continuasly in the 8 floor.

Breakfast had a good (but not lavish) spread. The floor manager was very kind. We got everything we wanted.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The water from the shower runs across the whole bathroom floor to find a drain at the other end. The taps were not modern mixer. The toilet bowl had permanent stains.
